Delivery within the UK
Here at Master Vaper, we aim to provide high-quality products to you using the most efficient courier services possible. We offer our UK customers free delivery when placing orders of £100 or more.
Our order cut-off point for all delivery services is 3 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before this time within the next 24 hours of a working day, however, due to the number of orders placed (especially after the weekend), sometimes this is not always possible. A signature may be required, so please be available on the day of delivery to accept your order.

At peak times, especially around Christmas and Public Holidays, and during bad weather, deliveries may take longer than anticipated to arrive. Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you. We may at our discretion, upgrade the postage option for orders of significant value or heavy items, we will not charge you any extra postage fees for this.
