How to vape properly

People who are new to vaping are frequently let down by their initial experience. Because people are used to smoking traditional cigarettes, they approach vaping in the same way. While vaping does necessitate some skill and knowledge, it is not rocket science! Here are some helpful hints to get you started.

Choosing the right vape

If you're new to vaping, the first thing you should learn is how to utilise your device. It's a good idea to start with a simple device that's easy to use, portable, and efficient. It's important to remember that a 'simple' or starter kit isn't always inferior to more advanced kits when it comes to vaping. There are many low-cost, high-quality starter kits on the market that make getting started with vaping simple and enjoyable. We recommend starting with a starter e-cigarette, refillable pod kit, or disposable vape because they are easy to use and maintain.

Choosing your e-liquid

Finding the right e-liquid for you can take a long time and a lot of trial and error. After all, each person is distinct. The VG/PG ratio, nicotine intensity, and, of course, flavour are all options. Higher PG e-liquids, on the other hand, provide a greater nicotine dose and more intense flavour, while higher VG e-liquids are designed for those who like huge clouds of vapour. Once you've found the correct flavour or flavours for you, your vaping experience will greatly improve.

How To Use A Vape

One of the most common mistakes ex-smokers make when it comes to vaping is taking too brief draws (pulls). This method works well with normal cigarettes, but it does not work well with vaping since the e-liquid does not have enough time to travel through the coil and vaporise. For a more pleasurable smoke, we recommend utilising longer and slower drags (pulls).

When it comes to inhaling, there are two (2) methods to choose from:

  1. Mouth to Lung (MTL) - This style of inhaling is more similar to that of smoking a cigarette. It is suitable for smaller devices with higher nicotine. You will draw vapour into your mouth, hold it there for a couple of seconds and then breathe it into your lungs. Then, once the vapour has entered your lungs you exhale. This style is perfect for people that are vaping to stop smoking.
  2. Direct to Lung (DTL) - This style gives a much smoother hit and is used with bigger more powerful vape kits. It is a much simpler style of inhaling as you inhale the vapour quickly and directly into your lungs and then exhale straight away.

It's also a good idea to allow a few minutes for your coil to cool down between vapes. Chain vaping (taking multiple draws in a short amount of time) might diminish the coil's life and cause throat irritation.
